Ranked as New Zealand’s number one university for intensity of high-quality research, Victoria University of Wellington were looking for a locker system for their workplace fitout.  

Staff at the highly rated university were using Microsoft Teams as their communication and video conference technology.

Yellowbox recently released an industry first Microsoft Teams Integration, allowing users to use their existing Microsoft Teams App and Desktop Apps to manage and open their lockers.

This means, staff didn’t need to download another app in order to manage, book and open their lockers using their mobile phone.

The system was also integrated with Azure AD identity management, which has automated the onboarding and offboarding process for the facilities team.

Lockers were manufactured and installed by Europlan, leaders in Commercial Office Furniture.
