The company has transitioned to a 100% mobile-access office for all aspects, including access control, amenities, and lockers. The Yellowbox smart locker system was chosen as the leading mobile-access locker system, featuring the highest-rated app on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Ricoh employees use their existing Identity Management sign-in to access their Yellowbox app account through Yellowbox's Microsoft Azure AD integration. This integration automates the onboarding and offboarding of users and creates a seamless login experience without any need for sign-up. The app is fully branded for Ricoh, with the company's logo and custom color accents.

For the facilities team, the Yellowbox Dashboard provides complete control and reporting of the lockers. Some key features include:

• Customizing the app with branding, locker rules, and automated emails.

• Reporting and analytics platform (usage, history, audit trail).

• Creating locker bookings for users, deleting bookings, and opening lockers remotely.

• Managing locker requests, abandoned lockers, and support tickets.

The Facilities and IT teams have been pleased with the Yellowbox system, calling it "Simple to use and just works."
